A comprehensive one-day training for heavy civil construction workers.

Part I: Soil Classifications; Examines the various soil types, soil groups, soil textures, material and soil gradations.
Part II: Soil Compaction; Introduces the physics of compaction, application and control of quality, various types of compaction equipment and intelligent compaction.

Participants will receive AZAGC Apprenticeship Trust Fund and Empire Cat Certificates of Completion.
