Arizona Contractors Earn National AGC Safety Awards for Outstanding 2025 Safety Performance

Several Arizona AGC member companies earned national AGC Safety Awards for outstanding 2025 safety performance, recognizing industry-leading commitment to jobsite safety.

Arizona Contractors Recognized with National AGC Safety Awards for 2025 Safety Excellence

Several Arizona construction firms have earned national recognition through the Associated General Contractors of America’s National AGC Safety Awards (NASA) program, one of the construction industry’s most respected safety benchmarking and recognition programs.

Presented through the AGC of America, the NASA program recognizes contractors that achieve exceptional safety performance compared to national industry averages and peer companies of similar size and construction type. The program has served as a national benchmark for construction safety excellence since 1991.

More than 1,500 AGC member companies nationwide participated in the 2025 program, underscoring the growing industry-wide commitment to protecting workers, strengthening safety cultures, and advancing best practices across the construction sector.

Why the National AGC Safety Awards Matter

The National AGC Safety Awards are among the construction industry’s premier safety recognition programs. Companies are evaluated based on incidence rates, work hours, and construction divisions, with awards presented to firms that either:

  • Achieve a zero incidence rate, or
  • Perform at least 25% below the industry division average for safety incidents.

The awards provide contractors with a valuable opportunity to benchmark safety performance against national standards while recognizing organizations that demonstrate exceptional leadership in jobsite safety.

For Arizona contractors, these recognitions reflect the industry’s continued investment in training, planning, accountability, and workforce protection across highway, utility infrastructure, and heavy construction projects statewide.
