AZAGC supports Arizona House Bill 2496 and urges lawmakers to advance this important reform

Revitalization districts are an important economic development tool for Arizona communities, but they must operate with appropriate safeguards. HB 2496 strikes the right balance by maintaining the usefulness of these districts while ensuring contractors are not forced to finance public infrastructure projects out of their own pockets.
