Course Title: Finding Purpose & Culture in Construction
This interactive Lunch & Learn is designed for Emerging Leaders in the construction industry. The session focuses on leadership mindset, personal purpose, and workplace culture through guided discussions, participant engagement, and structured breakout activities. The format is intentionally hands-on to align with the construction industry’s practical and collaborative learning style.
